At Yuko Amazing, we’re committed to providing a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please review our Cancellation & Refunds Policy, which covers returns, exchanges, refunds, and order cancellations.

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: Within 7 days of delivery
  • Item Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact
  • Required: Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice)

Non-returnable items include:

  • Items marked as non-returnable or final sale
  • Personal hygiene products (e.g., pillows, mattress protectors)
  • Customized or personalized items

Note: Please do not send your product back to the manufacturer. Contact us first to initiate a return.


Shipping for Returns

If you’re returning an item due to personal preference or change of mind:

  • You must mail the product to the return address we provide after your return request is approved
  • You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
  • If your refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund

If you’re returning a defective or damaged product, YukoAmazing will cover the return shipping cost. Please email us with your Order ID and supporting photos to initiate a return.

Note:

  • Return transit times may vary depending on your location
  • For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance — we do not guarantee receipt of untracked returns

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged products.
To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at contact@yukoamazing.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your Order ID and photos.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible
  • You may still return the item after delivery (if it meets the return conditions)

To cancel, please contact us promptly with your Order ID at contact@yukoamazing.com.


Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card company
  3. Then check with your bank
